Most of hers have been published in various magazines (see below) and quite a few have won prizes in writing competitions.

Short Story Writing Competitions

To name a few: First prize in the Radio Wyvern Story Competition, second in the Real Writers’ competition, twice a highly recommended for respectively the Bridport Short Story Prize and the Writers’ News Short Story Competition. Lynne was also shortlisted for the Ian St James Awards, the CWN Brian Moore and the Lichfield & District competitions. She was a finalist in the NAWG (National Association of Writers’ Groups) Short Story Competition and a runner-up in Focus on Fiction’s Short Story Competition.

Two of her 100 word stories were in the top eight of the Lancashire Author’ Association Competition. You can see them here.
